Refund Policy

Payment done for the work and written content delivered by Best Academic Help is not refundable. However in few cases where the company is oblige to refund the payment. Those cases are as follows;

  • When the order is not delivered to the customer on due day
  • The work provided to the customer is plagiarized
  • Upon first revision asked by customer that claims the quality of work which proved unsatisfactory he can request a 50% refund of the amount paid
  • On second revision, he again finds it unsatisfactory than is can claim 30% of the total amount paid
  • If the delivered product to be not satisfactory on third time revision than he is entitled to request a 15% of the amount paid for the order.
  • However plagiarized work should be presented with the proof and an explanation is required for asking the refund. Best Academic Help will refund 100% if the document or work found plagiarized.

For any circumstances the customer is require to complaint within the 14 days of the delivery, else the company will assume that the customer is satisfied with the delivered work and company will not be bound to refund the payment. Revision Policy

After you receive the final work from us, check it thoroughly and see if everything is fine or not. If you find something missing, contact us immediately and our customer support team will assist you in that.

Your request for revision should not conflict from your original order. For instance, in your order you have asked to add 4 sources but in revision you want to add 5 sources than this request will not be entertained, however there will be additional charges for that request. You can contact our customer representative to know about the charges and get the assistance.

Our professionals will not charge anything for the revision if the revision request is same as the original request.

There are certain policies for every revision request and its charges, it is recommended to go through these terms and condition before requesting for the revision.

  • If revision of work is asked by customer within 72 hours, the company will deliver the revised work within 48 hours and it will be free of cost.
  • Customer can ask to revise the work within 7 days of delivery and no charges will be applied
  • Customer asking for revision within 14 days of delivery then 3 GBP will charged per page
  • Customer asking for revision after the 14 days of delivery than 14 GBP per page will charged
